Why advertise on DTC3?

couple-in-living-room-with-remote-control-smiling_0.jpg That’s a great question! Let’s take a look at some of the advantages.

First, you can see it! It’s one thing to hear a commercial on the radio, but it’s another thing entirely to SHOW your potential customer your product or message. For example, if you are a nursery, don’t just tell your customers about your wonderful collection of trees and bushes, show them your massive selection of nursery stock in all of its vibrant color. Nothing compels your audience to action quite like the visual medium of television.

Second, people support businesses who support local broadcasts. When you tie your business to the type of local programs that we produce, like high schools sports and community parades, it tells our audience that you want to be associated with things that really matter to them.

And last but not least, it’s targeted. Ads on DTC3 reach straight to the very people that you are trying to reach here in Middle Tennessee. Our broadcast area includes several towns and communities in the counties of Cannon, DeKalb, Smith, Rutherford, and Wilson.

And don’t worry…it’s easier than you think!

Four Ways to Advertise

  1. Still Ads – These are 15 second still graphic only ads that rotate out among several other ads whenever video programming is not airing. WJLE Radio is the background audio during these ads. Your ad has the potential to play over 50 times per day with this option. The cost is $10 per week or $35 per month. Just bring your information along with your payment into any DTC office.
  2. Video Commercial – These are usually 30 seconds spots aired during special programming such as sporting events, parades, and music shows. Please contact us for pricing information.
  3. Airtime Purchase – This is the option to buy blocks of airtime for your own programming. This is often used for churches to air their worship services to thousands of homes. This is also often used by those who have their own show ideas and want to get these shows on the air.
